Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date so you keep the higher plan's minutes through the period you already paid for.

We apply regional pricing — the same pack or plan costs less in markets with different purchasing power. India, LATAM, Southeast + South Asia, and Africa each get meaningful discounts off the base USD price; Eastern Europe gets a smaller adjustment. The discount is applied automatically based on your country; you can override it with the country picker at the top of this page.
No. Your pricing is locked in at the rate of the country where you first subscribed. Traveling doesn't re-price an existing subscription. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the new rate applies.
