• How do reading minutes work?

  Readings are paid by the active minute from a wallet of minutes — the meter pauses when you're idle. Everyone gets 5 free minutes every day with regular readers. A minute with a senior reader uses two wallet minutes. Minute packs start at $4.99 for 10 minutes, and minutes never expire.

• What if a reading breaks partway through?

  Write to support with your account email and roughly when it happened. If a reading failed — a blank answer, an error, a dropped connection — we'll look into it and restore the minutes it used.

• What's the difference between a reading and the library?

  A reading is a live conversation with one of our specialized readers about your situation, paid by the minute. The library is free reference content — card meanings, symbols, herbs, crystals and more — that you can browse without spending anything.

Account & billing

• Do I need an account to start a reading?

  No. You can use your 5 free daily minutes without signing up. An account keeps your wallet of minutes, your reading history, and your data in one place across devices.

• How do I cancel a subscription?

  Open your subscription page from the account menu, then use the Stripe billing portal to cancel — one click, no support email required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

• How do I delete my account?

  From /account, click 'Delete account.' You get a 30-day grace period in case you change your mind, then a full data purge. We don't keep anything after deletion.

Sessions with Omkar

• What's a session?

  A one-on-one tarot reading with the human Omkar — the same practitioner who built the practice. Sessions happen via Google Meet. Bookings open at /sessions.

• How is a session different from the AI tarot chamber?

  The AI chamber is fast, available 24/7, and built for everyday questions. A session is for the deeper work — life transitions, recurring themes, decisions you can't see your way through. The AI is trained in Omkar's voice; the human is Omkar.

The library

• Is the library really free?

  Yes. All 3,005+ library entries across 40 traditions are free to read, no account required. The chambers (paid AI tools) and sessions (one-on-one with Omkar) are the only paid surfaces.

• Can I trust the library content?

  Library content is written with care and reviewed for factual accuracy and cultural sensitivity. We're explicit when something is modern reconstruction vs. attested historical practice. We don't fear-monger, and we don't make medical, legal, or psychological claims.
