Refund & Cancellation Policy

Everything is written plainly here. If something feels off, please contact support — we would rather fix a mistake than have you feel shortchanged.

Credits — no refunds

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire and can be used for any tarot reading on the platform. Please review the package details carefully before completing checkout.

AI readings — consumed on delivery

When you use credits to generate a tarot reading, credits are consumed at the moment the reading is delivered. Readings are saved to your journal for future access. Because AI-generated readings are produced and delivered instantly, they are considered consumed upon delivery and are not eligible for credit reversal or refund.

If you believe a reading failed or produced an error (blank result, system failure, incomplete output), please contact support promptly with your account email and a description of the issue. We will investigate and may issue a credit restoration at our discretion.

Session cancellations

More than 24 hours before your session: You are eligible for a full refund. Cancel from your My Appointments page and a refund will be issued to your original payment method automatically.

Within 24 hours of your session: Cancellations are accepted but no refund is available. You will receive a cancellation confirmation by email.

Completed sessions are not eligible for refunds regardless of timing.

Rescheduling

Each confirmed booking may be rescheduled up to two times.

More than 24 hours before your session: Rescheduling is free. Pick a new date and time from the Sessions page.

Within 24 hours of your session: A $10 reschedule fee applies per reschedule. The fee is collected at checkout when you confirm the new time.

Once two reschedules have been used, no further changes are available through the platform. Please contact support if you need help beyond that limit.

Admin-initiated reschedules are always free and do not count toward your reschedule limit.

Admin-initiated cancellations

If Omkar or a team member cancels your appointment for any reason, a full refund will be issued automatically — regardless of timing. You will receive both a cancellation and a refund confirmation by email.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days. The exact timeline depends on your card issuer, bank, or PayPal account, and the original payment method. Refunds are returned to the original payment source — Stripe refunds go back to the card used at checkout, and PayPal refunds return to your PayPal balance or linked funding source.

Something look wrong?

If a charge appears incorrect or you believe a refund was not processed, please contact support with your booking details and account email. We will investigate and respond promptly.
