Pravrajya — 'going forth,' the classical word for entering monastic life — is the yoga of structural withdrawal from the worldly arc. Four or more planets in a single house concentrates the chart's energy so intensely in one domain that the rest of life recedes; the person tends to commit deeply to a single calling, often spiritual.
The classical reading is a chart of unusual concentration of purpose. Modern translations place Pravrajya not only in literal monastics but in people whose adult life is so dominated by one calling — a single cause, a single craft, a single path — that the more ordinary distribution of life-domains never quite takes hold for them.
The yoga is rare. When present, it is one of the more reliable predictors classical sources offer about a chart's overall life-shape.

When it’s blunted
Resisted, Pravrajya can manifest as chronic restlessness and the inability to find a calling deep enough to absorb the chart's concentrated force.

Four or more of the seven classical planets are conjunct in a single house. The traditional reading is strongest when the conjunction includes Saturn or the Moon and falls in a kendra.

Pravrajya Yoga is classified as mixed in the classical tradition. Its expression depends heavily on the rest of the chart — element, modality, and supporting aspects determine whether the geometry produces tailwind or friction.
